About Joseph Petry
Joe Petry is an economist and strategic advisor. He has deep expertise in assisting clients in holistic value creation. Formerly, as a professor in a premier Big Ten University, Joe has taken his teaching experience and applied it to advisory services. He enjoys helping clients translate complex data into actionable insights. Joseph Petry, Ph.D., taught microeconomics, statistics, managerial economics, real estate, and financial markets. Additionally, he provided mentorship, established a teaching-assistant program, and designed courses.
Dr. Joe Petry has taught as an adjunct professor at Beijing Jiaotong University in China, Stern School of Business, New York University, John Carroll University, and Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). As a professor, he published articles and prepared videos on various topics in economics.
Prior to teaching, Dr. Joseph Petry worked in financial services with a particular focus on Latin American markets. He held positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup, Chemical Bank, and Eaton Corporation.
